Job Description:
- Strategical and operational responsibility for Human Resources in Germany
- Being strategic HR partner to the German and European management team
- Functional management of the HR team in the plants and providing support as a mentor
- Support and advice for managers on talent strategies and management processes
- Driving forward HR transformation, process, and organizational development
- Creation, monitoring, and analysis of HR statistics and evaluations, including HR budget
- Collaboration with the German works council on all relevant topics related to HR transformation, including system implementations
- Negotiations with the German works council, including collective bargaining
- Implementation of corporate initiatives in Germany, particularly in the areas of EHS, ethics, communication, and employee engagement
- Leading projects and guiding the teams on all relevant strategic HR topics
- Supporting and driving change management measures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or similar leadership role preferably in
a manufacturing and international environment - Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience working with works councils
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision- making abilities, hands-on mentality
