Hammerjob:

• Überwachung von Transportterminen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen, dem Customer-Service-Team und unseren Lagern in Deutschland

• Nachverfolgung von Exportsendungen sowie Archivierung der Ausfuhrbescheinigungen und Gelangensbestätigungen

• Versendung von Verzollungsunterlagen und -aufträgen an verschiedene Speditionen

• Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten

Super Werkzeug:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

• Berufserfahrung im Customer Service und/oder im Export von Vorteil

• Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word; idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
