Bid Manager is a sales enablement function that owns the end-to-end bid lifecycle for both RFX’s and proactive pursuits. Bid managers are responsible for ensuring quality and compliance with customer requirements by implementing necessary structure to support a successful pursuit.​Bid Manager coordinate bid process, internal review governance and budget management​ / manage team’s collaborative and effective engagement of all stakeholders, including leadership, sales, solution, financial and commercial through the pursuit process​ / is responsible for stakeholder communication across Capgemini entities (GBL/SBUs), Business Risk Management, sub-contractors and Third-Party Advisors​Increased interaction with relevant client stakeholders over the lifecycle of a pursuit
Job Description - Grade Specific
Plans and directs bids and is responsible for the quality and consistency of all client deliverables. Analyses bids/proposals at all stages ensuring that overall response meets or exceeds client’s Business and/or IT objectives. Responsible for pursuit storyboards, deliverable management, orals, budget management, Creative Services coordination. Participates in due diligence and customer visits.
