Job Summary
The Strategic Renewals Manager will join a team of collaborative and energetic individuals that work closely to achieve our company targets. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-pace organization with rapid growth as well as managing subscription and maintenance renewals with customers/partners. The Strategic Renewals Manager will work with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure value is realized for the customer and that commercial objectives are aligned with the growth of our business. This role will be directly responsible for supporting our Customers and Partners in territories covering Australia, Middle East, Nordics, and/or the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking quotas by managing renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Manage the full subscription renewal process to ensure continuous service, drive long-term agreements, and increase revenue.
- Serve as the primary contact for channel partners, managing relationships and evaluating partner performance.
- Communicate the value of Imprivata products, services, and support to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and renewal forecasts in alignment with customer contracts and business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Account Executive, Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth renewals strategies and compliance with company guidelines.
- Negotiate multi-year and cloud transition agreements to enhance customer retention and product adoption.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to capture and maintain key data for forecasting and strategic planning.
- Review customer usage and install base to support contract consolidation and improve renewal outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in technology solution sales; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- 2+ years’ experience managing international sales territories and high-value contract negotiations ($100K+).
- Proven track record of exceeding booking targets and managing a high volume of renewals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to close deals independently and with integrity.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable with a passion for problem-solving and working in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish preferred.
