Hybrid Junior M&A/PE Associate at Fried Frank Attorney Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded junior associate (Class of 2023 or 2024) to join our market-leading Corporate team in London to support on high-profile private equity, M&A and general corporate matters across a variety of sectors and jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will work directly with a close-knit team of leading partners in the European and global private equity markets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and executing high-profile private equity transactions
• Support M&A activities and general corporate matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and reports
• Engage in client meetings and assist with client communications
