●Office Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of the office by performing routine light cleaning, minor repairs, and may involve coordinating with external vendors for maintenance services
●Supply Management: Monitor and restock office supplies, including kitchen and bathroom necessities, ensuring all areas are consistently well-stocked
●Space Management/Setting Up Equipment: Help set up and rearrange office spaces for meetings, events, and new employee orientations to ensure a functional and welcoming environment (may involve assembling basic office furniture)
●Health and Safety Compliance: Support the Assistant Facilities Manager in maintaining health and safety standards, conducting regular checks, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
●International Shipments/Mail and Package Handling: Arrange sending and receiving of regular international shipments. Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the appropriate departments and employees
●Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of office events, including mobilization andde-mobilization of furniture and basic equipment and coordination with catering services, to ensure successful and well-organized events
Facility Projects: Participate in facilities projects as directed by the Assistant Facilities Manager if required, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of office operations
