Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll get the opportunity to provide and lead the delivery of housing management systems into the social housing sector working with the latest Microsoft Dynamics technology and providing services including Business Analysis, Customisation, Testing, Installations, and provide Training and Support to our clients.
What skills and working characteristics should this person have?
Experience in delivering housing management solutions into the social housing sector
Good technical skills including knowledge of databases
Experience across Repairs, Rent Accounting, Service Charges & Asset Management
Ability to understand customer requirements and transform into logical process flows
Confident in presenting final solutions and training to senior users
Functional experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development. (Desired)
Broad understanding of software development life cycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and early live support.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Enjoy working collaboratively as a team member
As a Principal Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
Running customer workshops to understand and document requirements including process mapping
Specification of software developments required to complement the configurations in order to provide the full solution
Working with team members to deliver the solutions required
