What you'll be doing
- Lead planning and delivery of staff events (awards, briefings, awareness days).
- Develop fresh event concepts to enhance culture.
- Oversee logistics, content, branding, and engagement.
- Manage AirTanker’s presence at industry events.
- Coordinate with sponsors and partners for co-branded activations.
- Produce branded assets and oversee seamless event delivery.
- Execute event strategy with senior leaders.
- Create targeted comms for internal platforms and social media.
- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Track performance and optimise future plans.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years’ experience leading high-impact events.
- Proven ability to plan and manage logistics, content, and communication with finesse.
- Strong command of social media and digital promotion.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative/design tools.
- Sharp eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree-level education and an understanding of marketing strategy.
- Defence/airline industry experience is preferable but not essential.
