The Role
Are you passionate about building the operational engine behind high-impact events that fuel global brand engagement? Outreach is looking for an Event Marketing Operations Specialist to power the engine behind our world-class events. This role will be responsible for coordinatingthe behind-the-scenes infrastructure that enables our event programs to scale effectively, including project plans, registration workflows, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and asset management. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in event and marketing operations.
The annual base salary range for this role is $54,000-$94,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations
Your Daily Adventures will include:
Event Operations & Project Coordination
Assist in creation of detailed event project plans in Asana, ensuring alignment across teams and on time delivery of all milestones.
Support cross-functional workflows and timelines, including coordination with creative, brand, and content teams for asset development and approvals.
Oversee logistics such as event material production, shipping, AV, and venue coordination.
Maintain consistency with brand standards across all touchpoints and event deliverables.
Vendor & Budget Management
Support RFPs, vendor sourcing, selection, and contracting across venues, AV, catering, production, and other event partners and vendors.
Coordinate procurement efforts including contract execution, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
Assist with budget management and post-event reconciliation.
Reporting & ROI Tracking
Coordinate event registration logistics, including form setup, platform configuration, and attendee tracking.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations on registration workflows, email communications, and campaign attribution.
Maintain accurate attendee data and support lead capture, routing, and follow-up processes.
Assist with post-event reporting, including performance metrics and insights to inform future planning.
Our Vision of You
3+ years in event marketing, event operations, marketing operations, or project management, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or a fast-paced agency environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana; as well as event technology tools such as Splash, CVent, Bizzabo, and/or other marketing automation platforms a plus.
Operationally minded with strong project management skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Limited travel required with occasional travel to support major flagship events a few times a year.
