What You’ll Do 

As a Benefits and Eligibility Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing insurance benefits, verifying eligibility, and ensuring families receive the support they need to access ABA therapy services.  

Your day-to-day may include: 

  • Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility for ABA therapy 

  • Assisting families in understanding their coverage options and requirements 

  • Communicating with insurance providers to clarify benefits and resolve discrepancies and claims denials. 

  • Collaborating with billing and clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of services 

  • Supporting audits and compliance efforts to uphold payer standards 

What You’ll Bring 

  • High School Diploma or GED   

  • 1+ year of benefits verification or eligibility experience (ABA/healthcare experience a plus!) 

  • Familiarity with insurance policies, authorizations, and medical billing/accounts receivable 

  • Central Reach experience (preferred but not required 

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
