Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve internal documentation, SOPs, MOPs, and knowledge articles related to network support services
Collaborate with network engineers, service owners, and operational leads to capture and document best practices, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
Organize and publish documentation using tools such as Confluence, Git, Markdown, or internal wiki platforms
Proactively lead knowledge management efforts, identifying documentation gaps and driving cross-functional alignment
Work independently to gather technical input and transform it into user-friendly, standardized content
Support the creation of onboarding materials and playbooks for new team members
Contribute to maintaining documentation standards, taxonomy, and style guides across all content
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills with an eye for detail and clarity
Ability to organize complex content into well-structured, easy-to-follow documentation
Familiarity with content authoring tools and markup languages (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Google Docs)
Understanding of formatting, editing, and versioning of technical documents
Experience using content or document management systems
Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
Comfortable following established documentation standards and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to network operations, IT infrastructure, or related technical environments
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Gmail)
Experience working with globally distributed teams or in an international setting
Basic understanding of scripting or coding (Python, Bash, HTML, etc.) is a plus
Passion for knowledge sharing and documentation excellence
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to perform office-related tasks, including prolonged sitting or standing
Ability to move around within an office or remote work environment
Must be able to work at a computer and communicate effectively
Some tasks may involve repetitive motion (e.g., typing or mouse use)
Salary Range
$23.49 - $37.10 USD (Hourly)- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
