Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle File-Based Data Import Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Analytics and IT Consulting. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Data Loader to ensure seamless data migration and management.
  • Oversee the use of Oracle File-Based Data Import to facilitate efficient data transfer processes.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to optimize enterprise resource planning solutions.
  • Utilize Oracle BI Publisher to create and manage complex reports and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics and IT consulting services.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Oracle platforms.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Oracle-related processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle File-Based Data Import.
