Job Summary
The global marketing team is looking for a marketer to develop and execute against insights-led marketing strategies for new product introductions (NPIs) and sustaining products for the Hybrid Systems portfolio in order to generate awareness, consideration, and preference and helping to drive the business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive the product marketing strategy for NPIs and sustaining products and execute against resulting plans.
Drive end-to-end creation of all Omnichannel assets for NPIs inclusive of naming, value propositions, messaging, landing pages, photography, videos, emails, and social posts.
Ensure close collaboration with business partners, market marketing partners, and go to market teams to bring to life the 4Ps of marketing.
Manage marketing agency to develop impactful positioning and marketing assets that are delivered on time and drive measurable results.
Manage functional budgets and forecasting for assigned product line(s).
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The pay range for this role is $82,800 to $125,050 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
