The HR Onboarding Supervisor will work under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, supervising and providing direction for the Onboarding team and providing onboarding assistance to our caregivers and future employees. This role is pivotal in the personalized experience and timely execution of the onboarding process as well as assisting in continued compliance of our employment records. This role will be a resource to our fellow employees who are invested in the onboarding experience by providing regular reporting and analysis of the process.
