About the role:
CLA is looking to hire a District Administrator for our Public Administration practice who can sit in any of our Denver, CO office. Our Public Administration group provides client support in the areas of Special Districts, Business Improvement Districts, Authorities, and other governmental entities.
As a District Administrator, you will:
- Responsible for the creation and filing of annual reports in coordination with accounting and management teams
- Develops letters to oversight agencies
- Responsible for board packets which includes the preparation, compiling of need information and distribution of materials
- Performs meeting minutes for board meetings and other special board meetings in both written and audio format
- Schedules meetings with the board, coordinating with multiple parties, and in a timely manner
- Maintaining client websites as needed
- Maintains records and board meeting follow up actions
What you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required
- Experience in public administration or law firm representing public entities or special districts is preferred
- Paralegal certification a plus

Compensation Strategy:
Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. The compensation for this role in Colorado is $25.60 to $42.80
