We are seeking a Digitization Specialist for one of our PRIME CONTRACTS that extends through 2026 and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise.  We are seeking a self-motivated and technically capable Records Management and Digitization Specialist to join a team supporting the development and maintenance of Electronic Records Management Services. This system provides a modern, secure, and compliant platform for the storage, search, audit, and lifecycle management of both permanent and temporary records in accordance with regulatory guidance. The selected candidate will play a key role in a digitization initiative, scanning and ingesting physical documents into a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) records management solution (FEITH). 

  • Scan physical paper documents for digital storage and prepare them for ingestion into the Electronic Records Management application. 
  • Set up and configure landing directories and file cabinets in FEITH with appropriate A–Z metadata fields. 
  • Review scanned documents to verify successful Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and resolve scanning issues. 
  • Configure user access and permissions, ensuring proper metadata is applied for records management. 
  • Perform initial system configuration to ingest the records with guidance and support from an experienced COTS product team. 
  • Test ingested records and troubleshoot issues independently or with team support. 
  • Work directly with customers to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues. 
  • Collaborate with the customer and internal team members to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement. 

Required: 

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph 
  • A bachelor’s degree and twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering and eight (8) years of experience supporting the specific COTs technology product (e.g., Windows, Java, SQL and/or SQL Server, etc.). Sixteen (16) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.   
  • Experience with records management systems such as FEITH or other COTS solutions. 
  • Experience with digitization or electronic document management processes. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to verify document integrity post-scanning. 
  • Basic technical aptitude with the ability to perform system configurations and troubleshoot errors. 
  • Comfortable working independently while leveraging a knowledgeable team for support. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in customer-facing roles. 
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve technical and operational challenges 

Desired: 

  • Understanding of metadata and permissions management in document management systems. 
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements for records retention and disposition.

  • Previous experience working directly with government customers

The estimated salary range for this position is between $190,000-$240,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual’s education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
