The Role
Tinder is on a mission to spark connections around the world. As part of this mission, we’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the Chat team, responsible for the post-match user experience.

This role will shape how matched users interact and move toward meaningful conversations and real-life connections. Areas of ownership include the “It’s a Match” screen, Match List, Chat, Post-Match Profile, and select Trust & Safety features like “Are You Sure” and “Does This Bother You.” This is a highly strategic and visible role that will define the long-term vision for Tinder’s post-match experience while also driving execution across key product surfaces.

Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration three days per week in Los Angeles, CA.
