The Internal Communications team plays a critical role in attracting the right people, keeping our highest performers motivated and continually re-recruiting our people throughout their career journey.

This role will lead the strategy for all digital communication channels, which are the main way we ensure that everyone feels connected, engaged, and informed about OneDigital’s overall business, our growth strategy, purpose, and values. Additionally, this role will provide communications consulting, planning and execution for our IT function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Digital Channels Product Owner
Serve as the product owner for the intranet, digital signage and other digital communication channels. Expertise managing and creating content for internal Microsoft channels including a Viva-based intranet, along with familiarity with Canva, HubSpot and Appspace.
Strategic road-mapping:
- Create and execute a digital communications roadmap to drive adoption and satisfaction with our digital channels. This includes conducting internal research and applying the findings to improving the navigation and UX of the site and creating a data-driven content strategy.
- Use metrics and data to plan the roadmap for future enhancements to the digital workplace platform in partnership with IT and other key stakeholders.
- Continuing to build our targeting capabilities with a goal of having one set of dynamic lists for PULSEnet & email
- Continue to represent IC on AI committees. Identify ways we can incorporate AI into everyday IC processes and tasks.
- Roll out new channels such as SMS, digital wallpaper and screensavers (in partnership with IT)
Channel adoption and user satisfaction:
- Measure the engagement of our communication channels and develop company-wide communication campaigns to promote OneDigital’s internal channels to increase adoption.
- Conduct ongoing employee input research to understand user needs and barriers to full adoption
- Focus groups

- Quick polls
- Partner with IT to enhance our ability to target content across digital channels by syncing Workday data with our distribution lists.
Governance:
- Establish a formal governance and education approach. Documentation and the implementation of tools/resources to get the best experience with our digital channels, using metrics to drive content and UX strategy.
- Create a governance guidelines document, a content committee (jointly with the internal brand manager) and other best practices for our internal branding.
- Improve efficiency of channel management by standardizing key sections of the intranet such as:
- Total wellbeing benefits
- Client products, services and solutions
- Regions, offices and markets
- Corporate department pages
- Support internal stakeholders with page set up, training and other resources to ensure consistency across the intranet.
- Establish and oversee “Content Circle Community” of communications professionals who will share responsibility for maintaining content within their areas of the platform.
- Publish and maintain content on key internal digital channels including the intranet, digital signage, Teams channels and internal newsletters.
Internal communications leadership
- Build strong relationships and serve as a consultant to our internal stakeholders such as IT to develop employee engagement and wellbeing campaigns. The role will advise our stakeholders on how communications will achieve their business objectives, develop internal communications strategic plans and execute the campaigns across a variety of internal and social media channels.
- Communications consultation and strategic planning

- publishing and managing sections of the intranet (SharePoint Viva-platform)
- creating/publishing social media content in collaboration with our Marketing team
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
- Must possess excellent communications planning and execution skills (writing, creative direction, utilization of innovative channels such as video, internal events, social media and website best practices) in partnership with OneDigital graphic design and video production teams.
- Proven experience in product ownership for internal digital channels such as intranet management.
- Able to publish content to various digital platforms (e-newsletters, intranet, digital signage, etc.) in adherence to a shared editorial calendar.
- Experience in implementing change communications and internal communication campaigns that increase employee engagement.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
Education, Training and Experience:
- Education: BA or additional degrees in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in communications management roles.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
