Job Description

Salary:

$3,742.67 - $6,666.66 per month commensurate with experience.

Job Description Summary:

Performs administrative duties including, supervision of student workers, assisting with Board of Regents special events and other administrative tasks. 


Responsibilities:
- Interview, recommend for hire, train, supervise and schedule student workers. Student worker Workday manager.
- As needed, ensure student coverage at front desk.
- Coordinate catering needs for BOR Annex guests and Board meetings.
- Responsible for mail being received, logged and distributed.
- Assist with scheduling campus tours for visitors and special guests as requested.
- Assist in management of athletic events to include ticket orders/distribution, hotel blocks, nametags, guest lists, guest bios and parking.
- Assist with Board of Regents special events to include catering planning, invite distribution, RSVP tracking, registration desk operations and onsite supplies.
- Coordinate photographic services which includes print items.
- Assist in logging receipts & invoices to be processed and preliminary review of expense reports.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence and other documentation for the Board Office.
- Assist with scanning of meeting materials.
- Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Six years of related experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high stress environment.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently once given a project.
- Ability to work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends.

- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.​
