Modivcare is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant II to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of their daily operations and strategic initiatives.

This role…

  • Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks for executive leadership including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting arrangements.

  • Maintains calendars, confirms appointments, and arranges meeting logistics and travel itineraries.

  • Prepares agendas and presentations, may attend meetings, and takes and distributes notes or minutes.

  • Coordinates key projects and handles complex issues that require problem-solving and independent judgment.

  • Manages expense reports and supports executives with document preparation and information gathering.

  • Screens communications including calls, emails, and visitors, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

  • Collects and organizes information for meetings, and makes high-level contacts inside and outside the company.

  • Analyzes data to identify trends and supports project management activities.

  • May lead special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Occasional business travel may be required.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Three (3) plus years of administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Experience supporting product or technology leaders preferred.

  • Ability to develop solutions using foundational knowledge and existing approaches.

  • Independent worker capable of exercising judgment and discretion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.

Salary: $69,900 - $94,400
