Are you a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual with a knack for juggling multiple priorities? We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our energetic CEO. This is a hybrid role that requires a mix of remote work and on-site presence at the CEO’s home office.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love staying ahead of the curve, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves for occasional personal errands, this role is for you!
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize tasks, and follow up on action items.
- Personal Assistance:
- Run personal errands as needed (e.g., arranging dry cleaning, shopping).
- Help with personal scheduling and organizing.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist with special projects and research tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (or similar role).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (for errands and on-site work).
