About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrative Assistant to support the Careers and Employability Service. This varied role includes providing administrative support to the C&E leadership and wider team, managing calendars, organising meetings and travel, maintaining office systems and databases, and assisting with financial processes.
You'll deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for the service, supervise student champions, and support event planning and delivery. This is a dynamic position that involves working across multiple campuses, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring a welcoming, student-centred environment.

About You
· Previous experience in an administration role.
· Good customer service experience and skills
· Digitally Fluent, familiar with key IT software.
· Organisation skills, able to prioritise workloads.
· Events planning, coordination experience
· Experience of using a CRM or booking system
· Experience of working in HE or large organisation.
· Experience of using a finance system, raising purchase orders.

Additional Information
Salary Grade 4 - Starting from £26,338 rising to £28,381 per annum
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
This position is Based at Newton Park but with one day at Emerge (Sion Hill). Some hybrid work and flexible hours considered.
Special Conditions

Special Conditions
- Working flexibly on occasional evenings and weekends to meet the demands of students and graduates.
- Occasional travel to Partner organisations, in particular Bath Spa University London, will be required.
