Why you want this job

As a Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our Call Center Application, ensuring customer service has the features and functionality needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll partner closely with call center leaders, development teams, and other product managers to refine, automate, and optimize software and processes used to ensure glasses orders are complete, verified, and delivered to the lab in a timely manner. You’ll also play a critical role supporting multiple software teams and managing the software development lifecycle for the Framery Ecommerce experience to ensure timely delivery of features and execution of the product roadmap.

What you’ll do

  • Design and build the product roadmap for the Call Center Application in alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Write requirements, oversee technical development, and drive the launch of new features and products.
  • Understand the customer (Call Center Associates) and their needs, and advocate for them throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Interface with other development teams and systems/services, understanding the interactions (technical and functional) between the call center and other parts of the business.
  • Partner with Product Managers for The Framery ecommerce site to execute the product roadmap.
  • Write and prioritize user stories based on the product roadmap.
  • Prioritize bugs and new features to address feedback
  • Identify problems and elevate decisions as needed
  • Take a leadership role in the software development lifecycle (ex: daily stand-up, planning/refinement retrospectives, etc.).
  • Document use cases and functional specifications to effectively communicate requirements to developers.
  • Leverage tools like Jellyfish and JIRA to identify optimization opportunities for the team.
  • Monitor project status and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues in partnership with business and development teams.
  • Keep documentation accurate and up-to-date

What you'll need

  • Ability to work from our Draper, Utah office 1-2 days a week
  • 2+ years of product management or product owner experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in agile software development frameworks
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence preferred; Miro considered a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on customer value
