Job Description:
About the position: We seek to hire a Corporate Finance / M&A Intern to support the very strong deal flow of our Swiss team based in Zurich (as of January 2026, for a duration of 6 months). We offer a highly entrepreneurial and inspiring environment, with a collaborative and friendly approach, and the opportunity to learn from seasoned deal makers with direct involvement in all phases of a transaction. Interns displaying high aptitude and performance may be offered a full time Analyst position.
Primary responsibilities: As an Intern you will play an integral role in serving our clients from day one, supporting the team across deal origination and execution cycles in cross-border public and private M&A, IPO advisory, as well as ECM and DCM. Your responsibilities include data gathering, in-depth company and industry research, financial analysis and valuations and supporting business documentation preparation.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated team player with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in German and English (orally and written) – mandatory
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise
- Prior internships or working experience in M&A / investment banking, corporate development or investment advisory are an asset but not a strict requirement
- Candidates must have completed the 5th semester of their bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic record
