Parexel is currently seeking an experienced project manager to support one of our key sponsors in the EMEA through a change management plan. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Working as a Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering the change management plan within defined timelines, working closely with senior leadership to ensure delivery.
Some specifics about this advertised role
- Revise and implement the project plan and deadlines, including the communication plan.
- Track, measure and report progress made on all gaps and workstreams to all stakeholders and the project team
- Create slide decks for project team meetings
- Work with the workstream teams to update all workstream charters with updates
- Flag risks and issues impacting release to project team
- Create executive summary for weekly and monthly updates to support senior leadership.
- Lead and facilitate all updates made by SMEs to op manual and appendices, including ensuring all reviews completed and final version is ready for transfer to the end team
- Organise and support meetings with all stakeholders and/or CRO partners.
- Organise in-person/hybrid manual pressure test workshop
Here are a few requirements specific to this advertised role.
- Highly experienced change management professional with demonstrable experience delivering high impact projects within the clinical research industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior project management experience within a global clinical research/pharma/biotech organisation
- BSc, Ms or equivalent
