The Master Educator Program Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the Milady Master Educator program. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to support both virtual and live instructor training programs. This position works closely with the Milady Academic Development Manager, Sales and Marketing teams, and trainers to deliver high-quality, innovative training! It also provides critical support to internal and external customers.
What you'll do here:
Master Educator Seminar Training & Program Management
Support and coordinate training
Identify potential contractors and trainers
Handle location logistics
Prepare training materials
Execute educator and event contracts
Act as the primary liaison between customers and trainers
Analyze post-event survey data, provide summaries, and certify attendees
Track and manage event expenses
Provide monthly social media content updates to the Marketing team
RISE Educator Program Instructional Support
Understand instructor responsibilities and facilitate sessions for assigned students
Support course instruction by reviewing discussion board posts and answering student questions via email or phone
Analyze survey feedback, discussion posts, and ratings, and communicate insights to instructors
Certified Instructor Customer Support
Provide customer support and guidance on continuing education hours to certified instructors
Maintain records of course completions
Order and track level certificates
Support all program Educators
Respond promptly to Master Educator-related customer service inquiries
Skills you will need here:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in education, preferably beauty education
Experience supporting education programs, in person and online
Strong attention to detail and adaptability in project management
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
Strong time management and organizational skills

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
