Job Description:

• Monitor the operational project and identify the gap towards KPI
• Support initiative from management to ensure the objectives are achieved in a timely manner
• In charge of leading Client Digital Portal from development to maintenance
• Supervise the Supplier Relationship Manager(SRM) to achieve BU and Compliance goals
• Operation Metrics reporting and monitoring

• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field

• Good communication skills , detail oriented
• Proficiency in Ms Office
• Fluent in English
