Hybrid Benefits Analyst at Unisys

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides a full range of benefits and wellbeing support for US segment of the organization.
• Determines associate benefits eligibility.
• Performs associate enrollment and updates based on employment, life and other status changes.
• Delivers new-hire benefits orientation.
• Advises / supports the assigned organization on annual merit, short- and long-term incentives and administration.
• Facilitates annual open enrollment fairs to educate associates on benefits, health, wellbeing, and retirement benefits.
• Short- and long-term disability and job-related medical accommodations.
• Facilitates / supports retirement plan eligibility, enrollment, termination and related activity.
• Responds to associate benefits and wellbeing questions.
 

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
