As an Operations Quality Chapter Technical Lead you are accountable for ensuring your contributions are delivered in a way that lives up to our commitments to each other and the We@Roche Diagnostic Commitments. You are responsible for building and developing your capabilities to contribute more to the team, customers and patients. You apply new approaches to improving your work to increase productivity, reduce costs or mitigate significant compliance issues within your area of influence. You are a strategic business partner that breaks down silos between organizations (internal and external) all which lead to developing and producing safe, quality products and services that meet customer requirements throughout the entire lifecycle. You push the boundaries to enable and implement smart, risk-based compliant processes that result in quick and efficient innovation.
This role is specific for Supply Chain Quality (SCQ). We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner and Project Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of products, as well as overseeing the execution of Supply Chain related projects. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Functional Leaders, the Networks and other Quality & Regulatory teams to develop strategies, set priorities, to ensure achievement of organizational, quality, and departmental goals as well as how best to participate in Squads and Community of Practices.
As Supply Chain Quality Technical Lead, you will be a member of the Supply Chain Quality Chapter within the Operations Quality network.
You will be responsible to …
Drive business results and customer value
Define, prioritize, and communicate the vision and roadmap for Supply Chain Quality data products, in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Data Domain
Understands business needs and priorities, and uses multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations by bringing an end-to-end process approach. This requires ongoing, proactive interaction with cross-functional users while providing consistent communication with various functions. There is a key focus on managing the relationship with the business at both a strategic and portfolio level to ensure the IT/SC organization has early insight into changing business directions in order to inform and shape IT demand.
Analyzes business and user needs, establishes clear business value objectives, documents requirements, and revise existing system logic or business process difficulties to select, build or modify large, complex or mission critical information systems to achieve business value
Continuously monitor and evaluate data product performance to ensure it meets user expectations and business objectives.
Acts as a product owner and works closely with IT, Supply Chain Data Domain, and other applicable stakeholders in the planning and design of application implementations, changes and coordinating on delivery and deployment processes. As an evangelist, this position stays abreast of functional and development tools, trends, and practices that should be considered for future initiatives.
Curating Supply Chain Quality data and participating in Data Squads to ensure SCQ data is easily interpreted and consumable.
Supports SCQ and SC with the reporting and analysis of Quality data
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Supply Chain Quality projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and escalating as necessary to ensure project success.
Empower and enable the Network
Lead, coach, and guide the organization.
Be the champion and advocate for Engrained Quality globally.
Build a culture of continuous improvement and model matrix leadership principles.
Enable the organization’s New Ways of Working
Act as role-model for Agile Leadership behaviors, as well as for our culture, mindset & behaviors as defined in the Dia Operating Principles
Model behaviors to support the organization’s transformation to new, more Agile Ways of Working – e.g. new decision making/governance practices, collaboration, etc.

What else do you have in your toolbox:
At least three (3) years of IT experience within Quality and Regulatory and demonstrated knowledge of Operations processes.
Salesforce, Trackwise (Honeywell), Smarteeva applications
Agile/ Waterfall methodologies / Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process experience
At least five (5) years in the Medical Device/Pharma/Biopharmaceutical industry with 2 years working in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and/or Validation, preferred or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Life Science, Pharmacy or a related subject.
Excellent knowledge of the European, US, China and International cGMP regulations and demonstrated ability to adequately interpret and implement quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
As this position is part of a global organization, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
