Role Overview
As an OSINT Delivery & Customer Success Analyst, you will play a dual role in intelligence delivery and customer engagement, ensuring clients successfully leverage Logically’s AI-driven narrative intelligence platform.
You will provide:
AI-enhanced intelligence insights to track misinformation, disinformation, malinformation (MDM), and foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI).
Network analysis of key actors and influence operations, mapping relationships, and coordination tactics.
Client onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring effective use of Logically’s narrative intelligence solutions.
Collaboration with international stakeholders, supporting U.S. government, election security, and global enterprise clients.
You will work with national security teams, strategic communications experts, and corporate risk analysts, helping them extract actionable intelligence from Logically’s narrative intelligence platform.
Intelligence Delivery & Digital Threat Investigations
Track and analyze narrative threats and foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) across digital platforms.
Identify and assess coordinated inauthentic behavior (CIB) and influence operations that pose security threats.
Conduct network analysis of key actors, groups, and influence campaigns, mapping relationships and identifying coordination tactics.
Perform AI-driven OSINT collection and analysis across social media and fringe platforms to detect emerging digital threats.
Deliver intelligence reports, strategic assessments, and client briefings on evolving online threats.
Develop and refine Boolean queries, keyword tracking, and AI-powered risk detection models to enhance intelligence workflows.
Customer Success, Training & Engagement
Lead client onboarding, training, and hands-on demonstrations of Logically’s intelligence platform:
Logically IntelligenceProvide technical support and intelligence advisory services to government and corporate risk clients.
Develop best practice guides, training materials, and intelligence workflow optimizations.
Enhance platform adoption and drive intelligence-driven decision-making.
Technical & Intelligence Process Optimization
Use advanced OSINT tools to support intelligence operations.
Work with AI and data science teams to enhance machine learning models for threat detection.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and global regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
5-7 years of OSINT experience in intelligence analysis or digital threat monitoring.
Experience in client-facing intelligence delivery, training, or customer success.
Strong understanding of FIMI, MDM, foreign influence operations, and coordinated inauthentic behavior.
Proficiency in OSINT methodologies (DISARM, MITRE ATT&CK, Intelligence Cycle).Proficiency in OSINT collection, Boolean logic, and search methodologies to track and monitor digital threats.
Experience using OSINT tools (e.g., Maltego, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Dataminr) etc.
Preferred but not essential Experience:
Military and/or federal government intelligence background (All-Source, Special Operations, Cyber Warfare, Information Operations) preferred.
Active U.S. security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).Experience supporting national security threat monitoring or MISO.
Familiarity with SaaS-based intelligence platforms and AI-driven OSINT workflows.
Technical skills in Python, SQL, API integrations, or data visualization for intelligence reporting.
