Your mission—should you choose to accept it
You will join us as a Senior Pre-sales Engineer. You will be embedded to work in the technology teams to fully understand our products, but also show customers how our tools solve their complex document challenges. You will design solutions and build trust in our products.
Responsibilities
Meet with prospective customers to understand their document processing challenges.
Demonstrate product features and capabilities, aligning them with customer needs.
Provide technical expertise in proofs of concept and pilot projects.
Help customers integrate our solutions into their existing workflows.
Bridge communication between customers, sales, and development teams.
Identify product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Represent PDF Tools at events and training sessions.
Your profile
Demonstrated proficiency in software development or systems integration.
Extensive expertise in PDF technologies, large-scale document management, or related domains.
Proven track record in client-facing roles, showcasing exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in crafting customized technical solutions and explain them in a clear and concise manner.
Intermediate-level programming skills in Java and C# (familiarity with C++, Python, or other languages is advantageous).
Collaborative mindset that meshes with sales, support, and engineering teams.
Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
Knowledge of ISO standards for PDFs and electronic signatures
Experience with enterprise workflows and large-scale deployments
