Responsibilities
- Handles all customer relations including, but not limited to, account changes, additional services, general inquiries, and service set up and cancellations
- Ensures pro-active communication, internally and externally, between our team and loyal customers
- Resolves any issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner
- Provides quotes and coordinates special services for both new and existing customers
- Acts in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and processes
- Support with the Track and Trace of shipments as required
- Assists and supports completion of NCCS tasks as assigned
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate and consolidated database
- Manage schedules
- Inform appropriate parties of the completion of initial service
- Thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment where working as a team and managing deadlines is a necessity
- Special projects as required
- Tracking and escalating implementation issues
- Participate in project planning meetings and calls
Qualifications
Position Qualifications
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- exhibiting a professional and partnering attitude towards both internal and external customers
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and can easily pivot to changing and competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and high degree of comfort working with a variety of software programs critical to the role
