Verisure, a dynamic, innovative, and high-growth company, is seeking a talented and experienced Group Compliance Coordinator to join our fast-growing Legal team. As Group Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading the group legal’s expanding competence in relation to the Framework and Culture pillars of our Compliance program, working closely with the HR, Communication and local Compliance/Legal teams.
Reporting to the Group Compliance & Risk Manager based in Geneva, this new role will offer significant exposure and immediate impact within the organization. The Group Compliance Coordinator can be based in Geneva, Amsterdam, Malmö, London or Madrid.

The Legal team

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
Policies:
Facilitate the development and review of Group Policy Documents (new and update) including, where relevant, the coordination of the translations with external service providers
Manage the Policy Management tool for creation or update of Policy documents, ensuring smooth drafting, reviewing and approval processes
Ensure effective roll-out and landing in the countries of the Group Policy Documents (intranet, awareness initiatives, onboarding pack, training)
Maintain the Group and all countries' Policies & Standard page, all linked to sub-libraries where all Policy documents are stored
Lead quarterly Group Policy Committee meetings to provide updates on the Policy Framework, propose initiatives for the creation and deployment of new Group documents for adoption by the Group Management and further deployment of the Policy Framework
Training & Awareness:
Ensure that Group Functions issuing new/updated Group Policy Documents prepare a Training & Communication Plan with Group Comms for proper landing in all the relevant countries
Define an annual training & awareness program with Group Comms in accordance with Group’s Policy Framework
Create training and awareness materials related to core compliance topics, with the support of external agencies when relevant (audience, content, translations)
Coordinate the technical aspect of the launch of such training or awareness campaigns
Supervise and drive the launch of such training and awareness campaigns, including in the countries, providing support material for communication
Report and communicate the monthly completion rates of Group training and support the countries and the Group in increasing participation and achievement of these training

This newly created role reports to the Group Compliance & Risk Manager and forms part of the Group Compliance Team.
Location
The candidate can be based in Geneva, Amsterdam, Malmö, London or Madrid. In either case, the candidate is a native English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills; French and Spanish would be a great added value.

Experiences and Competencies
In terms of experience, the ideal candidate will have:
5 years of professional legal experience in a Compliance function or more - potential for development, appetite to be challenged and energy to learn is key!
An understanding of, and participation in, strategic projects involving the creation of policy documents;
A successful track record of creating training and awareness content adapted to specific audiences;
Experience gained in a global and fast-paced organization with a strong international footprint;
In terms of competencies, the ideal candidate will:
Have a pragmatic approach, seeing the Compliance function as a business enabler;
Have effective time and project management skills, with a proven track record of getting things done and leading projects;
Have a very high EQ and level of judgment – be a strong, confident but humble leader who exerts influence through persuasion;
