Job Responsibilities

• Efficient, timely, and GMP-compliant preparation, execution, and completion of manufacturing and packaging orders, including in-process controls (IPCs)
• Technical leadership of the production cabin
• Efficient and GMP-compliant cleaning of equipment and machinery parts as well as production rooms
• GMP-compliant documentation of work performed
• Adhere strictly to regulations when making and packing clinical trial samples, such as GMP, hygiene, safety rules, SOPs, and order instructions.
• Ensuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and issues to colleagues and supervisors
• Active participation in identifying, communicating, and resolving problems and inefficiencies, as well as in finding improvement opportunities
• Assisting in specific projects as directed by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Professional qualification in the pharmaceutical or food industry, preferably as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist EFZ or equivalent. Alternatively, at least 2 years in a comparable position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
• GMP experience or training is an advantage
• Proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken. English skills are an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors in German (written and spoken)
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently, even under stress and in a multicultural environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with mathematical and technical understanding
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office), experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an advantage
• Flexibility for shift work
