A Brief Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Performance Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing insights and recommendations for paid media campaigns that align with our business objectives. This role will involve analyzing marketing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to drive continuous improvement in our marketing initiatives.

What you will do
Performance Insights & Recommendations: Develop actionable insights and recommendations for paid media campaigns that align with business objectives and drive optimization efforts.
Marketing Strategy Development: Inform marketing strategies with insights related to capacity, demand, and best practices to enhance overall effectiveness.
KPI Target Identification: Establish KPI targets for various marketing initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and performance enhancement.
Paid Search Brief Development: Create comprehensive paid search briefs for agency partners to address specific clinic and program needs using targeted paid search tactics.
Campaign Optimization: Generate actionable insights that drive decision-making and throughout the marketing planning process, including ad creative and landing page layouts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with media, content, creative, and web teams to share learnings and insights related to program performance.
Analytics & Testing Plans: Develop marketing analytics and testing plans as strategic guides for reporting approaches, analyzing performance against program objectives and desired reporting cadence.
Integrated Marketing Analytics: Utilize diverse data sources, including Print, TV, Radio, digital media channels, Google Ads, Bing Ads, website analytics, physician marketing platforms to develop actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Data Quality Stewardship: Work with data partners to ensure data quality and integrity across the unified analytics framework, ensuring accurate development of integrated marketing analytics solutions.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience Qualifications
10 + years proven experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or a similar role.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Analytics).
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and traditional media.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of marketing best practices and performance optimization strategies.
Experience working within, structuring, and distilling large data sets
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in statistical concepts and attribution methodologies
Highly skilled analytical thinker
Expert in A/B test design
Experience coding in R or Python
Proficient in SQL
Proficiency in using analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Products, Tableau or other business intelligence and visualization tools

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $68.46 - $90.70 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
