Hybrid Groundskeeper - Bexley 3Five at Weinstein properties

Location: Bexley 3Five Apartments

Pay: Starting at $18/hour plus quarterly bonuses!

Schedule: Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Birthday is a paid day off! 

Job duties include:

• grounds pick up
• cleaning common areas
• cleaning amenities
• some landscaping
• power washing
• exterior painting
• some minor maintenance repairs
• any additional tasks needed to assist the maintenance team

Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.
