Your Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new customers in the German real estate industry, particularly property owners of residential real estate for social housing in the federal states of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia

  • B2B sales of modern ERP SaaS solutions and other digital solutions

  • Acting as the first point of contact for prospects and customers, independently identifying their needs and potential, as well as organizing presentations

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through independently planned sales activities

  • Collaborating within a cross-functional team with key interfaces such as pre-sales, product management, and consulting

Your Profile

  • Completed studies, e.g., in business administration, preferably with a focus on sales, and/or a comparable vocational qualification, complemented by relevant professional experience in a similar role

  • Experience in the German housing/real estate industry

  • Experience in new customer acquisition

  • Strong customer and service orientation

  • Willingness to travel as part of sales activities

  • Very good German and English language skills
