Manager, Presence Community & Learning ExperienceJob Description Summary
Position Summary:The Manager, Presence Community & Learning Experience is responsible for developing and managing internal community engagement activities to ensure alignment across the Presence portfolio on product updates, best practices, and programming execution standards. They create thoughtful opportunities to develop understanding and connections that empower onsite teams to deliver their best work consistently.
This person must have a keen understanding of product development and education in the real estate industry and be comfortable owning process and curriculum development for various audiences. The Manager, Presence Community & Learning Experience will be responsible for managing service audit and professional development programs. Initially, this person will focus exclusively on the Presence community, however there will be expansion opportunities beyond Presence to serve broader Asset Services teams as the need for human-centered, experiential education grows.
This role reports directly to the Senior Managing Director, Presence by Cushman & Wakefield with regular collaboration with property teams, brokers, Presence Experience Managers, and the broader Presence community.
Job Description
Essential Job Duties:
- Plan and build curricula to educate internal teams (brokers, property teams, Presence team) on Presence:
- Capabilities
- Product updates and roadmap
- Processes and best practices
- Other operational updates relevant to Presence sales and operations as needed
- Maintain internal community engagement with regular connects, focused on team building, product updates, standards training, and more
- Own execution of the Programming Standards Audit program
- Collaborating with Operations & Data Lead, develop a program to evaluate onsite performance to discern what “good” looks like based on existing playbooks, best practices, and other training inputs.
- Provide insights-based feedback after audit evaluations to better focus training and development efforts onsite and with that employee going forward.
- Champion Community Support program, pairing Presence Program Managers with Onsite Presence Experience Managers at a regular cadence to ensure alignment across the portfolio.
- Over time, as we uncover education and training opportunities around experiential touchpoints, own the education journey and provide community and education SME support through all phases: Discovery, Development, and Execution.

Candidate qualifications
- While this isn’t exclusively an education role, the ideal person will identify as an educator
- This is an individual-contributor role, but experience managing people is desired and will be helpful in the execution of required duties
- Degree in education field or relevant industry experience required
- 5+ years of CRE experience
- 5+ years of Product marketing and operations education
- Proficiencies
- Community engagement
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfort presenting or speaking to groups
- Curriculum development
- Rich understanding of adult learning styles

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
