Key areas of Focus:

• Lead Global Operations Finance in IBP 2.0 initiatives
• Lead various finance digitalization projects within the Global Operations Finance team
• Identify new areas of finance automation, and work to implement
• Collaborate closely with Operations Finance Staff, Factory controllers, NXP Finance Digitalization team, Supply Chain, IT, and BP&A Financial Reporting team
• Supervise a team of 3 based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan

Other information:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance/Accounting, + 5 yrs of work experience
• Strong interest in finance digitalization, and process improvement.
• Expert understanding of SAP, Oracle SmartView, and Power BI applications
• Pro-active nature with a hands-on mentality/attitude
• Curious nature, that has the ability to question status quo
