Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy identifying new growth opportunities and high-value impact areas that can transform customer and employee experiences.
Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with AI technology stakeholders and engineering teams to design and maintain impactful, goal-driven product roadmaps. Collaborate with Product owner leadership to assist with the execution roadmaps.
Technical Fluency Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user needs by translating them into practical, intuitive product solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skill in gathering, analyzing, and using data to inform product roadmaps and validate business cases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across teams (Business, Program Management, Engineering) to align goals and deliver cohesive, impactful products.
Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and feedback, ensuring that our AI solutions deliver exceptional value and user experiences.
Product Marketing: Evangelize AI capabilities across the organization, driving adoption of platforms and solutions, showcasing value through impactful results.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation.
Feedback Loop: Proficiency in setting up formal and informal feedback mechanisms to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with evolving user and business needs.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and guidance to product managers and drive product mindedness across the technology organization.
Employees at all levels are expected to:
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally someone who has done AI/ML product management.
Excellent communication skills to articulate vision, goals, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
Ability to define and execute a product vision while managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
A passion for leveraging AI to solve meaningful problems and drive measurable outcomes.
