What will you be doing?
- At Franchise level across all the upstream Supply & downstream inventory holding nodes, own inventory holding & service levels for Latam & Canada.
- Coordinating capacity planning & replenishment of subcontract repacking activities
- Set up of and monitoring of new supply relationships incl RACI for Supply Chain
- Create & maintain comprehensive analysis on supplier performance understanding service risk & variability, feeding into S&OP process.
- Regular Service reviews to drive accountability from Vendors to embed and improve process & gain insights on service.
- Identify & lead improvement initiatives and lead supply stream for Life Cycle management activities.
- Order submission on the system.
- Own the execution and reporting of service levels to all areas of the business. Covering Inventory, LIFR, OTIF, backorder and Supplier Quality/Performance
- Using analysis to provide insights into the drivers of service issues and potential constraints incl Supply performance, outlook and PO maintenance.
- Analysis of inventory balances in each storage location, purchases and trends to understand impact on total inventory holdings, LBE, E&O and potential supply sensitivities.
- Preparation of materials required for Supply Review meetings and other S&OP inputs as required.
- Working with all vendor CIM Planners, Marketing, Customer Service and branch teams on supply and stock optimization, issue resolution and risk mitigation. Owning the communication & LBE plan.
- Lead and participate at all scheduled meetings (Regional/National Team).
- Provide support to team colleagues through sharing information, problem solving, contributing innovative ideas and offering constructive opinions - leading to improved individual and team effectiveness.
- Seek and utilize expertise of all team members (including other Divisions) and Managers to improve performance.
- Ensure Management is alerted to opportunities or problems requiring action outside of your sphere of influence.
- Be an agent of change to help initiate and manage the change process when required.
- Ensure technical work procedures and documents are up to date and accurate.
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach to all work processes, by utilizing sales automation to improve workflow, time management, and communication and increase client contact time.
- Maintain a working environment in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, and as defined in the quality manual and associated quality procedures.
- Other related duties as required including coverage of other team members during absence
What will you need to be successful?
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
- 1-2 years in the supply chain planning or customer service environment.
