• Client Engagement: Owns client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality delivery.
• Revenue Generation: Meets/exceeds revenue targets by delivering value-added solutions.
• Business Development: Identifies new revenue opportunities and ensures continuous business flow.
• Proposal Development: Leads proposal creation to provide actionable and timely solutions.
• Project Management: Manages client interface and project delivery.
• Consultative Expertise: Applies problem-solving skills as a solutions-based expert.
• Industry Insight: Identifies key industry issues and develops commercial offerings.
• Market Awareness: Enhances company visibility through engagements and publications.
• Professional Development: Strengthens expertise through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Mentorship: Mentors and coaches others to elevate capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience: Around 10 years in life sciences or management consulting.
• Client Relationships: Strong relationships with senior-level clients.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge in at least one CoE area and broad industry knowledge.
• Business Development: Exemplary skills in business development.
• Consulting Knowledge: Understanding of consulting methods and tools.
