  • Annual compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
  • $17.00-$21.00/hr. + monthly incentive up to $2,100.00

Responsibilities for Credit & Collections Representative:  

  • Collections account management
  • Customer service
  • Assist with credit origination

Hours for Credit & Collections Representative:  

  • 5-day work week
  • No Sundays
  • Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
  • One weekend off a month
  • Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
  • 40-45 hours per week
  • Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week

Requirements for Credit & Collections Representative:  

  • Collections, retention, or customer service experience
  • Able to work on-site 
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Able to work the listed hours
  • Good computer/keyboard skills
  • Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
