As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic campaigns to drive revenue through pipeline generation and deal acceleration. This high-visibility role involves demonstrating cross-functional leadership and delivering performance insights to enhance pipeline velocity. You will collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, brand, sales, partner development, customer success, and executives to drive demand for Iterable’s solutions. We seek a results-driven, data-oriented marketer with a proven track record of influencing organizational outcomes. Reporting to the Director of North America Marketing, you will work across the entire go-to-market organization, leveraging data to inform decisions and surpass campaign targets.

How you will make a difference:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Align closely with product marketing to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Plan, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, digital, content, design, sales) to develop campaign assets and messaging.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts support product launches, sales initiatives, and customer retention strategies .
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Develop and manage content strategies that support integrated campaigns, including blog posts, social media content, email marketing, and other digital assets .
  • Ensure all communication is consistent with brand messaging and positioning.
  • Track and analyze the performance of integrated campaigns using KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Align with the digital marketing team on the integrated campaigns budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics .

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is 103,00 - 158,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
