We are looking for a Manager, Strategic Insights to join our Wonderful Insights team, which functions as an in-house, full-service research agency with deep understanding and connection to the businesses it supports, enabling high-value recommendations. The team leverages primary and secondary data to inform major strategic decisions across the businesses and at an enterprise level.
Together with the Director, Strategic Insights, this role supports two senior executives on projects that drive enterprise growth and ultimately report to the owners, leading initiatives from early, ambiguous stages through completion while partnering closely with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy and insights. The successful candidate will leverage data and insights to help shape enterprise-level priorities, bringing strong business acumen and attention to detail without losing the broader strategic picture.
This is a great opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape enterprise-level decisions, build new capabilities from the ground up, and gain exposure to senior leadership while driving measurable business growth.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
