People Operations Partner – Blue Water Hospitality

📍 Location: Remote within Houston, Dallas, or Denver

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Blue Water Hospitality is a fast-growing leader in the hospitality industry, managing RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, and attractions across the country. We’re passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences—and we’re looking for a People Operations Partner (POP) to help us support our incredible team.

🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the HR point of contact for the assigned properties, supporting employee relations, compliance, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Partner with property managers and GMs to coach teams, resolve issues, and drive performance.
  • Champion employee engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Conduct investigations, HR audits, and support new property acquisitions.
  • Lead safety initiatives, succession planning, and compensation analysis.

🔹 What You Bring

  • 3+ years of HR management experience within Hospitality (multi-property preferred)
  • Dayforce, formerly known as Ceridian experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (desired)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HRIS systems

This is a remote role with travel to properties up to 60% of the time. You’ll report to the Director of Human Resources and collaborate closely with property leadership.
