Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients in relation to real estate inquiries, services, and properties.
- Assist clients with property searches, scheduling visits, and understanding local real estate market trends.
- Handle inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company listings and services to effectively assist clients.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between clients and agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage referrals.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally.
- Familiarity with property listings and real estate processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
