Warehouse Colleague - Coop bei WINCANTON

We are looking to recruit Warehouse Colleagues to support our growing team based at our site in Wellingborough.

Our multi-temperature warehouse operates 24/7 excluding Christmas Day, so it’s essential that you are flexible and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.

Basic rate of pay is £12.27 per hour

Night shift premium (6pm-6am) - £2.38 per hour

Weekend premium - £1.70 per hour

Shifts available:

Morning shift 4:00 - 12:00,6:00-14:00;    any 5 out of 7  or  Sun-Thru

Afternoon Shift  14:00-22:00;  any 5 out of 7 ,Tue-Sat  or Sun-Thru

Night Shift 22:00-06:00 ; any 5 out of 7 

Any 5 out of 7 -Every other Weekend off (4 week rotation)

The Role:

• Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
• Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
• Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
• Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
• Adhering and investing in our award-winning health and safety standard
