UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft professional services agreements for Team West clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through the contract negotiation process
- Leverage corporate resources (HR, Legal, IT, etc.) to answer questions that arise in the contract development process
- Ensure compliance and completion for all contract related documents (BAA, Vendor User Agreements, etc.), as appropriate
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to advance contracts through completion
- Work in partnership with the Proposal Department to gather relevant contracts and document reviews for RFP submissions
- Track staffing and assignment needs, working in close collaboration with the SVP, Strategy & Operations and Senior Leadership Team
- Support the Talent Acquisition committee in communicating potential hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records of projects, team members, and staffing assignments in Monday.com
- Track and manage staffing needs and questions, coordinating with the S&O Lead and the Client Onboarding department
- Ensure timely communication and next steps for staffing decisions
- Work closely with the S&O Lead to activate regional Team West implementation plans for new corporate resources and initiatives
- Maintain information used for Monthly Team Calls and Learning Hubs
- Support team gatherings via operational, content, and administrative support, including regional convenings (annual retreat, regional HUBs), extended leadership team meetings, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, operations, etc.)
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Prioritization for past experience compliance, contracts, procurement, database management
- Extraordinary project management skills
- Strong communication
- Ability to navigate internal team dynamics and leverage available resources
- Prior experience with data entry and management
SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $80,000
