Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team, combining traditional human resources functions with a strategic focus on internal communications and strategic HR projects. This role is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in a multifaceted environment and wants to drive both operational excellence and strategic initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to business leaders, preparing team member communication, DocuSign and Smartsheet correspondence.
  • Partner with HR systems manager to conduct regular data audits and cleanup efforts within HR systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for team member relations inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain positive team member relations
  • Participate in HR strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with departmental goals, while managing related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain personnel files, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals and values
  • Lead change management communications for organizational initiatives, policy changes, system implementations, and HR initiatives
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hire integration and engagement
  • Support performance management processes and team member development initiatives
  • Additional HR projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, communication platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record in change management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and communication analytics tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or psychology, or in a relevant field of study preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or 2+ years of HR experience or strong understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle
